Shipping policy

USA and Canada.

Coffee orders are placed in a roasting queue once you complete your order, this is to ensure ultimate coffee freshness.

Apparel orders are processed as quickly as possible and shipped out.

Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

Email support@motorizedcoffee.com and we'll do our best to take care of you! We cannot guarantee any changes if a product has already gone through fulfillment.

Mostly USPS. Sometimes UPS and Fedex.

We want to get things out to you as quickly as possible. This means that if your apparel is ready to go but we are still roasting your coffee, we ship them separately.

The buyer is responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. Motorized Coffee Company does not collect this beforehand, and cannot give an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is the buyer's full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Returns and exchanges

We guarantee the freshest coffee. If you are not satisfied with your coffee, contact support@motorizedcoffee.com and we will make it right.

We offer a 14 day return policy of non-coffee items that are in new, unused condition.

Coffee Care

Store your coffee in a dark, airtight container at room temperature. This will keep your ground coffee fresh.

Following the advice give for proper coffee storage, your motorized coffee should stay fresh for up to 4 weeks.
